Horticulture/Arboriculture/Park Maintenance/
Landscape Construction / Golf Course

 Responsibilities:
  • Management and Maintenance of landscaping or projects / contracts.
  • Provide administrative support for any marketing, administrative and contract related to the firm.
  • Manage project life cycle phases from initiation, development, evaluation & implementation.
  • Monitor projects and maintain proper communication.
  • Provide contract administration & Project Management Services and ensure that works and services are executed in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Undertaking cost analysis and budgeting for project.
  • Establish operating costs and financial control system.
  • Participate and involve in any in-house training either as a trainer or co-trainer.
  • Need to take on additional responsibilities and projects as require achieving the company's business objective.
Requirements:
  • Degree/ Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, Landscape management or relevant qualification with 1-2 years experience an advantage.
  • Good knowledge in Powerpoint, MS Office, charts and project management applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and excellent ability to follow through to make things happen.
  • Prefer possess Class 3 and above Singapore Driving License.
  • Traveling required.
