The Heart of the Irrigation System

Experiences in the wide range of pre – fabricated pump stations including installation, servicing, repairs and understanding of their operations over the last 14 years has provided us the knowledge required to fabricate a good and durable pumping station that will not shorten the lifespan of the installed mechanical components like pipe works and fittings, motors, starters, etc.

Control systems of our proposed pump stations are programmed to minimize “ cycling” of the stations.

Our wide exposure and experiences of the above range of Central Control softwares and programs including trouble – shooting, database entry, programming, addition of programs, fine tuning of programs, etc. has enable us to provide such services to both new and existing golf courses.

We have in depth experiences including installation of the above range of and controllers with the exception of the Rain Bird MSC series. Our knowledge and experiences gained throughtout the development of these controllers from Rain Bird and Toro coupled with the servicing and repairs of the complete range of controllers will ensure that faulty controllers will be professionally repaired and tested at our workshop.

Grounding & Surge Protection

Our tested and proven Electrolytic Grounding System coupled with necessary In – Line Surge Protectors will go along way to ensure that your equipment is well protected against lightning surges.

Due to the possibilities of severe damages to Central Control Systems by lightning and power surges, we will install additional renowned In – Line Surge Protectors to ensure that these very critical items are not damaged by lightning or power surges. In event of very severe surges, these In – Line Surge Protectors shall be blown and damages to the Central control Systems if any will be minimal.
